Customers enrolled in our Energy Savings Agreement receive regularly scheduled service and top priority on service calls. It’s a program to give you peace of mind and save money on utility bills year-round.

- Lubricate fan motor
- Set manifold pressure in heating system
- Monitor expansion valve in heat pump or during cooling season
- Check start and run capacitors
- Test fan limit switch
- Clean evaporator drain
- Check start and run delays
- Clean blower wheel
- Adjust bypass dampers, if applicable
- Monitor refrigerant level during cooling season if system is showing signs of issues
- Inspect valves
- Clean or replace filters, a standard 1” filter is included
- Adjust operating pressures
- Check flue
- Tighten electrical connections
- Check flame baffle - Heating only
- Measure amperage draw
- Clean combustion chamber - Heating only
- Measure temperature difference
- Clean and adjust burners - Heating only
